Mid February, almost a year postpartum, I was struggling to make the right food choices and setting aside time to give my body what it needs, exercise. I got a wonderful referral from a friend of mine to check out Nicole at the Training Den. 

I was stuck in a rut as I wasn’t nearly as strong or as flexible as before being pregnant. I was also very nervous to make that first step again. Nicole made the transition so easy and was so supportive along the way! I have been working out with Nicole for 7 weeks now and have lost almost a total of 19″ and 37lbs!! Not only that, I feel more energized due to the helpful tips in the nutrition world!

•I work out with Nicole 2-3 times a week and some on my own

•I’ve cut out almost all added sugars 

•I’ve introduced a larger variety of healthy foods into my diet (different fruits, veggies, healthy fats, omega 3s..etc)

•I’ve cut out all fried and mostly all processed foods

•I eat less large meals and eat smaller meals/snacks more often, so my food is being used as energy and not stored as fat

•I drink a gallon of water a day (sometimes less on super busy work days)

Take the step towards a healthier lifestyle, its worth it!
