I started training/coaching with Nicole Wolfe in June 2022, but I didn’t become SERIOUS about it until November 2022. From my initial measurements in June, to November 17, I lost about 9 inches and 10 lbs. Fast forward to yesterday, 2/6, and I’ve lost another (HUGE) 19.75 inches and 5 lbs. I didn’t have a lot to lose to begin with, so this has all happened quickly and relatively easily (with the help of Nicole, smart choices, and just my circumstances/schedule.)

Here’s what I did aside from physical activity 4-6 days/week:

❌ Cut out about 80-90% of my prior alcohol intake.

✅ Started eating ‘lean and clean’ at work (4-5 days/week.) Ask me what if you’re interested.

✅ Unintentionally began ‘intermittently fasting’ due to my work schedule. I only eat between the hours of about 2200-0500 on nights I work.

❌ Cut about 50% of my caffeine intake.

✅ Increased my water intake to 1 gallon/24 hour period. I don’t quit make it about 1/2 the days, but it’s better than I was doing.

Moral of the story:

1) Change didn’t start to show itself until I was ready to change.

2) Simple lifestyle tweaks made the difference. I didn’t transform my physique from exercise alone.
