Ingredients

  • 1/2 chia pudding
    • 3/4 tbsp. of chia,
    • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    • 3/4 milk of your choice, stir well then let it sit. This can last in the fridge a few days.)

Add

  • Small handful of pecans
  • 1tsp Cinnamon
  • 1tbsp of hemp hearts
  • Small handfuls of blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and raspberries.
  • Drizzle with honey.
  • I also add a crushed up protein bite when I have them made.

Stir and enjoy.

This treat is also high in protein, fiber, quality fats like omega 3 fatty acids in the chia and the hemp hearts.

All the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants of the fresh berries but also the metabolic boost of Cinnamon and the antihistamine and antibacterial properties of honey.
